Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Return Policy & Shipping Costs

• If the return or exchange request is made based on the customer's preference without any manufacturing defect or damage, the end customer shall fully bear the total round-trip shipping costs.

• If the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery, the vendor/platform shall fully bear the actual shipping cost to return and replace the product at no extra charge to the customer.

2. Online Digital Refunds

Any financial refund for online electronic transactions will be processed exclusively back to the exact same bank card or electronic wallet used during the original checkout. The refund timeframe depends on the issuing bank and payment gateway policies, not exceeding 90 days from the original transaction date.
