⚠️ Contractual, Tax & Corporate Liability Notice:

Under the official registration of SHH Technologies (One-Person Company) in Egypt, CR No. 289441 and Tax ID 418-080-774, subject to El-Basateen Tax Authority in Cairo, vendors are strictly legally required to issue official tax invoices/receipts directly to the end customer. The platform's tax liability is strictly confined to issuing marketing/service commission invoices to the vendors on a monthly basis.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Purchases & Payments

We function as a marketplace. While some products are sold directly by us, others are sold by third-party vendors. Each product page identifies the seller. We facilitate the payment securely, but the contract of sale is between you and the specific seller.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates. SmartHome Hub is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers (e.g., Bosta, Aramex) or force majeure events.

4. Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days to return items in their original condition. For defective items, the warranty is provided by the manufacturer or the specific vendor listed on your invoice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartHome Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through our platform.

* Financial & Stock SLA Terms: Vendors must sync stock updates continuously. In the event an online paid order is cancelled due to a vendor inventory error, SHH Technologies reserves the right to enforce an administrative SLA fee of (50 EGP) to cover automated payment gateway cancellation rates.

* Limitation of Liability & Governing Law: The maximum liability of SHH Technologies shall never exceed the total cash value of the order under dispute. This agreement shall be governed by Egyptian law, and any arising disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Cairo Courts.
